Nothing more I can say :(
He had bought a large map representing the sea,
Without the least vestige of land:
And the crew were much pleased when they found it to be
A map they could all understand.

Apparantly the bomber held a Brit passport. The Taliban ahve claimed responsibility for that incident and the death of the canadien soldier. That'll just strengthen George W's will to keep the those he has in Guantanamo. It's been coming in KAbul though. The Germans wouldn't acknowleged it, despite rocket attacks on the HQ building just over a year ago.

Today's papers report that the bomber was a British passport holder 'of West African origin'. About as British as the Sahara Desert, then.

When will the government do something about these people? Why are so many people with terrorist links allowed to remain?

What a tragedy that a true Briton, serving his country, should be killed by an extremist for whom Britain was just a convenience.

It is with very deep regret that the Ministry of Defence has to confirm that one British soldier was killed, and four soldiers injured, by an apparent suicide bomb attack in Afghanistan on 28 January 2004.

Private Jonathan Kitulagoda, who died, was aged 23 and came from Plymouth where he was a student. A member of the Rifle Volunteers, a Territorial Army battalion, he was serving in Kabul with the International Security Assistance Force.

I think they were the ones that relieved our guys.

Oh Lord, how very very sad, and perfectly awful

Condolences to the Family, colleagues and friends of Jonathan Kitulagoda, from Territorial Soldiers everywhere.
