Odd that morale is down when the deployment is only half that of the GI. Perhaps the government has overlooked financial incentives to help the troops or is there a leadership issue ?

we have less troops than the US therefore our tours come round more often, hence shorter tours, our troops are more intelligent than the average GI therefore question more.
A British soldier isnt happy unless he is moaning, therefore even if we didnt pay tax on tour we'd still find something to moan about.
