Actually a good start would be to allow legal aid to cover the costs of taking employers to court facing a discrimination charge. Be a whole lot fewer employers being silly-billy if they knew that Caravan QC was going to question them. Such as, why at the initial interview was Robbeaus 6th, but when it came to the practical tests, he dropped to 26th? even though he came 2nd in those tests [wont tell you the name of the company but think Linaker being silly on the Box these days]?

You know Jarrod, you should really start to read these posts, as there is an awful lot of information on them to blow your perceptions sky high. Perhaps thats why you don't bother, not going to let facts get in the way of a good argument are you?

Our local disability resettlement officer says she's a very good record of finding disabled people work. Next?

Sorry to hear about your daughter but I don't believe the state should pay you money for her as one of you is able to work.

Thanks Jarrod. Can't fault you for your conviction. I appreciate it's not the states fault she's got the condition. However, since myself and my wife- not to mention friends and family pay substantial amounts of tax into said state.........

I know I pay a lot too for things like schools that I'm never going to have kids to send to. I'm happy to pay this but if the state didn't pay for bizarre things like motability cars you might pay less tax and have more than the £250 you'll get from the state anyway.
I imagine when people have kids they think that they may need extra care or support as in your case.
I suppose it's like when I bought a dog I'd to make sure I was able to leave work at lunchtime to walk him and had a job near to home.

How about this if you wish to come to the UK to work you should only be aloud in if you have a guaranteed job offer and are able to prove that you have accommodation.
Same for holiday makers if you are having a holiday fine how ever there should be some kind of insurance that should pay out if you do a runner and stay in UK.

If you want to lump yourself in with the benefit cheating non employed cnuts who claim their kids are disabled when their is fuck all wrong with them except bad behaviour i was refering to, have at it.

If diabetes is managed well your daughter will be perfectly fine. Just a word of advice when she hits her teenage years and knows everything they can often rebel and not manage the condition well.
Going out drinking and partying can be a problem so you'll have to instil into her the importance. Teenagers have no concept of diabetic neuropathy and retinopathy etc.
