Spain has it's own problems with separatists, if it bangs this drum too loud it'll wake them up. The inhabitants of Catalonia and the Basque region regard Gibraltar as where they want to be.

Its always good to quote Ceuta and Melilla to the Spanish when they start getting lippy , and if they start getting too unpleasant they will loose the desperately needed UK tourist pound , they really do have some of the most corrupt morons in power.

- 08-06-2012, 13:42 #7Is it just me or do spanish speaking countries have a habit of not wanting to involve the people who actually live on the bit of land they want in the decision making.Spain's right-leaning government led by Mariano Rajoy has taken a strident attitude on Gibraltar, which houses traditional British red phone boxes, pubs and fish and chip shops.
It believes the former Socialist government dealt a fatal blow to negotiations over its future by allowing three-way talks to include the pro-British Gibraltar government.

Very pleased Cameron isn't another Blair and has made public commitments to Gibraltar equivalent to those made to the Falklands.
The Spanish can fuck off."If a terrorist organisation wanted to knock out the moral compass of Britain, all they'd have to do is to kill 100 celebrities at random. The entire country would have an instant nervous breakdown."

The wankers have enough buildings laying unoccupied without worrying about the Rock.
Fuck them.
And they steal out fish.
Smelly cunts. (that's the Spanish and the fish)"Is it a crime to hit a student across the back of the head with a snooker ball in a sock?"
