No Roger, it is about their own pay. And knowing that they can cynically affect everyone to get their own way. I do not disagree with your assessment but this is about unite flexing it's muscles, not giving a toss about child benefit or redundant soldiers.

As for Nuremberg defence that was used by Nazis to excuse war crimes and genocide. Putting a private soldier in a fuel tanker to keep ambulances working is not quite the same!

No one has been charged with any crime, so why do you raise the Nuremburg defence?

Here's one happy little camper planning to keep his local fire service and burns unit in business:

Just needs to get it home and shove in the corner of his garage while he goes out for some more...

Congratulations to Tesco for letting this specimen break the law for the sake of a few quid profit.

The Petroleum Spirit (Motor Vehicles etc.) Regulations 1929 PDF link to external website and the Petroleum Spirit (Plastic Containers) Regulations 1982 link to external website limit the amount of petrol that can be kept in a domestic garageor within six metres of a building (e.g. most domestic driveways). The limit is a maximum of two suitable metal containers each of a maximum capacity of ten litres and two plastic containers (which have to be of an approved design) each of a maximum capacity of five litres. These limits also apply to any containers kept in a vehicle

Wrong its not about cynicism, no-one strikes for the sake of it. It's about a disaffected group growing some bollocks and making a stand against employers that are looking to cut their standard of living. That is why tits like Maude have reacted as they have. They can't stand the thought that what they and their like say doesn't necessarily have to happen without a fight.

Soldiers should not be being used to support the employer's position
