I'd fly back, I am so fed up of reading about these 'feral f.u.ckers' perhaps someone ought to organise a 'concerned citizens response group', B&Q equipped a few taps here and there, a bit of the naughty chair for those caught in the act. Theresa May (not) will not do it or even allow robust Policing in order to deal with it Policing with consent has failed except for those who live within societies rules, so where policing has failed let natural justice prevail.

As some have said before, riot guns, water cannon etc. Then 0545hrs, go round the suspected troublemakers' gaffs and if they have wet or new clothes or a brand new telly, they've been out looting and are fair game for a proper seeing-to. These bastads don't respect other people's property, lives etc so why should the authorities have to respect theirs?

Add UV fluid to the water cannons, if the fuckers light up like a cyalume under a blacklight arrest them.

To be honest I only said 16 AA as they were nearby, not because they are the 'bizz' we could get the Guards in from Windsor to deal with Central London relieving the Paras and allowing them to head 'orf' to the less salubrious areas of the capital, the Ghurkas would be ideal for the more 'ethnically sensitive' areas.

well as the ghurkas are not british citizens we could let them lose under diplomatic immunity and they would terrify everyone.
what the world needs is an enema, make that two - just to give it a sense of purpose.
US electoral democracy is just a structured system of legalised bribery.
a senior Chinese officer has said, “all the great nations in the world own aircraft carriers – they are symbols of a great nation”. That’s why China has just commissioned its first. By the same token, to opt for a “carrier gap” of some years is to abandon your responsibilities.

Seconded. A bit of "aid to the civil power" is just what the doctor ordered. My Daysack is already packed.

Think the met or army need to make an example tonight of a mob a few teenagers in a pool of blood or crying to the tv cameras while in a stress position.
will reduce the appeal of trying to get a free mobile.
