That doesnt change the fact that she is speaking the most sense out of those on the panel. She's from dewsbury, what chance does a tory have getting elected up there!
Well quite close really, as I helped elect the last Tory MP from there... And extremely likely to get in next year.

Re: A Question of Question Time

    Oh, how we laughed.

    Such timeless classics:
    "He was almost entirely non-violent"
"I can't say what my views were, I can't say why I held them, I can't say why I changed them, I can't say what my views are now - because the EU wont let me"
    "Your dad's a conchy"
"British indigenous - its not about whites - but this country used to be 99% white"

Griffin was shown to be a complete twonk. And the worrying thing for the BNP - he is their leader because he is seen as a moderate, intelligent, respectable face.

    WTF?

Warsi came across well, but trying so desperately to talk above her Dewsbury accent I felt like laughing.

Greer embarrassed Griffin more than the other candidates

Straw was a complete and utter waste, and was a really bad choice.

Apparently, there was a Lib Dem representative there as well.

Overall, not the killer blow I wanted to see, but enough damage done.

Don't be fooled into thinking that every Pole and Eastern Europaen is earning £2.50 an hour

We have loads at my place on about £8 an hour plus overtime
If yopu work in transport then we are overrun with them
I bet if you phoned 10 warehouses belonging to the "big 4" (Asda Tesco Morrison and Sainsbury) 6 out of 10 times an Eastern European will answer the phone

A new Morrisons opened up by us and they couldn't get anyone to fill the vacencies

Did anyone see the Channel 4 programme about getting long term Unemployed back to work
Theuy got took on in a store in the run up to Christmas
One bird chucked because to get what she got on the dole (Council tax housing rebates etc) she would need to clear nearly £400 - £500 per week

One bird claimed to be a DJ and wouldn't entertain anything outside her trade
When they found her a job DJ'ing in a club she wouldn't take it beccause again it didn't pay enough to come of the dole
The bird running the thing suggested she get rid of her HD and internet package to reduce her overheads but she wouldn't do it claiming she needed something to do as she was stuck in all day and didn't want toi get bored
We should remember the tremendous contribution of the Queen Mother to the war effort:
As the BBC pointed out, she 'bravely remained in London beside her husband' during the war.
This contrasts sharply with the actions of my grandfather who, on the declaration of war immediately left his wife and children and pissed off, first to France, then North Africa, Italy, France (again) and finally Germany.
The shame will always be with us.

The BBC got 8 million viewers last night for QT. That's 8 million people watching Jack 'Look at me, I'm the Justice Minister, so you may speak' Straw look like a proper plonker. They saw him and Labour come out of that show WORSE than the BNP IMHO.

Just a thought: is she a midget, or is this the world's biggest poppy?

"However proletarian and semiliterate he may have been, the English soldier, well nourished with meat and beer, stimulated with gin, and convinced of his own racial superiority to the foreign rabble he had to face, was a magnificent combatant, as anyone who has ever seen hooligans in action at a soccer match can readily imagine."

    He was though wasn't he?

At one point all 4 panelists were attacking him on 4 different issues. I think he was made to look like the plucky underdog. Especially filling the studio with UAF sympathisers and asians/blacks. The one guy that made a very valid point about immigration was dismissed by Dimbleby, who claimed he 'couldnt hear him' and he 'should speak up'. I heard him alright.

And now Griffin is complaining about the program. and rightly so.

The BBC have played right into the BNP's hands.

Plus i agree that the most senior establishment figure on the panel, Jack Straw was absolutely savaged by Griffin. I love the hypocrisy as well- gasps and condemnation from the audience, panel and dimleby when Griffin mentions Straws coward of a father, but personal attacks against Griffin is alright.

    http://bnp.org.uk/policies/economy/

Just been looking at the above link. (Actually looking at the link is enough - clicking it and reading what you find is optional).

    His economic policy is a direct copy of ZANU policy;
    Summed up:
Land back to the whites, (should be a laugh, get the head and nose measuring equipment ready),
Stop imports to help British business, (which only employ proper British people of course completely wiping out unemployment as a bonus),
Break up Supermarkets (no problem, just be local apples and spuds in season away),
    Workers share schemes, (inspirational...)

My 2 favourites quoted, straight from the Third Reich pocket guide to running a country:
    - Halving council tax by centralising education costs and eliminating multiculturalism spending and unnecessary bureaucracy; (Goebels central education policy).

    - Cutting back all unnecessary layers of government which have been artificially created by years of politically correct Labour and Tory rule. (Allowing the Fuhrer Nick to assume total control).

And he is left handed - just like Napoleon and Hitler.....

Re: A Question of Question Time

Mr Griffin & the BNP got what they wanted, which was maximum media coverage & with 8million viewers watching the programme which is more than double the usual the BNP achieved a heck of a lot of PR whether we like or dislike them,

I agree Warsi came across well, a few got pointers inc a cap on immigration

mr Straw was a joke whom like 99% of Liebour ministers refused to answer a straight Q & a bad choice on the panel

Mr Hoone needs to live with reality that the Lib Dems will never be in Government but he & his collegues can always live in hope & their own dreamland

Greer was as diplomatic as she could be, especially when the KKK was mentioned

Mr Griffin could have done better, but did highlight quite a few issue's which no Government is still prepared to tackle, however overall it was a panel bashing with typical MP tit-for-tat over failed Government policies, expecially immigration

The audience, well it was clearly BNP hate filled mostly

In general, only time will tell when voters go to the poll will we notice how much of an impact this chance Mr Griffin & the BNP have made, as a long term follower of the programme it was interesting to watch, especially in a democratic society.

Same all over the country re-stilly,
They should remove the current benefits system and make the useless waste's of skin and organs work for their money, then only after you have contributed in Tax after 12month should you be allowed to claim help.

I have no problem with anyone who wants to work for their money and pay taxes like the rest of us - regardless where their from, after all we brits done it in Germany in the 1980's (remember Auf Weidersein Pet)?

No, she didn't. She corrected a statement by Griffin. The fact that that particular discussion was terminated immediately left much unsaid.

I completely fail to understand how on earth she came across as a moron, stuck-up and pedantic during the course of that show. And as for your muslim statement, what do you even mean buy that? That could be applied to anything at all: "If Brown is the most powerful white man in this country....."

    Stay off the ale.

For those unsure of who has come out of Question Time better or worse off-

    http://news.sky.com/skynews/Home/UK-..._Question_Time

The BBC has so far recieved 350 complaints over last nights Question Time
240 of them about bias against Griffin and the BNP and unfair representation.

Make of that what you will but as far as I can see the mainstream politicians screwed up. Nothing new there I suppose.
