Just spotted this in the Armytimes.

Seems that the State of Neveda tried to screw over a reservist returning to his job. It's a bit odd as the bloke ended up doing 5 years active service before returning to his former post. It's interesting to see that the Yanks feel that their Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 is hard enough to chase after a State after such a long break in civilian career.

Anyone ever see MoD doing the same thing in this Country?

Suppose so....Just shows who really gives a f**k about their armed forces...
