And to my disgust I was there. The only thing that kept me going was knowing that I could help sick/injured soldiers. Taking misguided decisions to go to war on the basis of a pack lies is piss poor and I've never forgiven Blair for that. But however bad that that was voting for an openly racist party and supporting bigotry and hate cannot be justified.

No. I went by the first hand voter interviews by the peple of Burnley (sorry, no link as yet) who explained that they were Labour voters who had switched to BNP for this election.

Incidentally, I'll have to take your 1.3% total on trust. Up here in God's own country, the BNP share of the vote for the whole of Scotland was 2.5% but checking the NW of England it was 8% and Yorkshire was 9.8%

Coincidentally, the Labour vote fell by almost exactly these amounts. Weird eh?

If I've got this right you are saying that people who previously voted labour turned to a racist/nazi party. The thick mouth breathing racist tits eh? They just turned overnight into nazis did they? Why didn't they vote for any other party?

Why would they be my converts and why would he be my leader? Want to show me where I have ever said I'm a member/voter of the BNP.

Guess what? Some people don't actually give a toss about holocaust, or the Ghurkas, Or Beharry VC when they have been told that they are not getting a job due to firms importing their own workers, or that millions of pounds are being spent to build an asylum centre on their door step or that that the area you grew up in is quite literally being swamped by immigrants, Harsh but true, and those people don't like getting called racist everytime they complain that some minority is getting special treament. The party that are saying they will fix these problems are the BNP nearly every other part just shouted racist and now (slowly) its coming back to bite those parties on the arse.

Maybe you want to focus your efforts on the reasons why people voted for him in the first place rather than just wanting rid of him because you don't like his past.
