Only a complete fool would sign the CA Release or Release to Service after this report.

If you had just watched the Parliment Channel on the BBC you would know that the MOD couldn't give a Fcuk about the safety of aircrew,or AFV crews,
And to think, I had no Idea I could bring so much fun and frivolity to others

There are nine MPs in the house of Comons debate about Defence, Just shows they don't give a fcuk either

Well chaps, see if you can find individual correlations between the CoC which approved this flight and others when software problems were already known, and the CoC which over-rode the formal investigation and substituted a finding of pilot error.

I think there's an Air Marshal in there who failed one of the most basic tests of officer-like qualities.
Dr Johnson: 'Any man thinks less of himself for not having been a soldier, or not having been to sea.'

Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fisher of Kilverstone: 'Moderation in war is imbecility!'

Douglas MacArthur: 'There is no substitute for Victory!'
