FFS if you feel stongly about the EU then dont vote tory.

This is perhaps the last chance you will get to show Cameron that he is going to eventually destroy the tories over the issue.

If the Lisburn treaty is ratified then the old conservative achilles heel will be there to smash party union and leave those opposed to european dictatorship no choice but to vote UKIP in the GE's.

Vote UKIP send a message and hope to god Cameron gets it,otherwise we may in the future see Labour taking advantage of conservative division.

And Hannan as head of the tory list will be an MEP again, its our domestic politics that will lose out.

You can still vote without your polling card, but only if you're registered to vote. Be prepared to answer 'security questions' or to provide photo ID. Of course, at the next election, you can circumvent these measures by opting to vote by postal ballot.

I am registered to vote... hence the polling card! But thanks, I thought as much. I assume a driving licence with my registered address should satisfy them. Can't wait for tomorrow.

It won't surprise you, then, that the Tankie's inclination is to vote Green. :D
Patriotism is proud of a country's virtues and eager to correct its deficiencies; it also acknowledges the legitimate patriotism of other countries, with their own specific virtues. The pride of nationalism, however, trumpets its country's virtues and denies its deficiencies, while it is contemptuous toward the virtues of other countries. It wants to be, and proclaims itself to be, "the greatest," but greatness is not required of a country; only goodness is. (Sydney J. Harris)

There are a few messages talking about how worrying it is that the BNP have got votes. I think it’s more worrying that there are still people who would to vote labour. I just hope that the all the seats are taken by anti-EU parties, that will send a clear message to the conservative government in waiting and they would have to adopt a more anti-EU stance.

I would have voted Hannan if he was my local candidate purely for taking the piss out of Brown. I didn't understand most of what he said, but it sounded good.
