    Potatoes - New ideas needed

Boiled, roasted (in goose fat), chipped, mashed (with egg, butter and milk - my favourite!) and these: Try this, it tastes great!

But I need fresh ideas for glamming up the humble spud. Any decent ideas for Tattie Recipies?
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, because you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup...

    rosti?

or cubed and roasted with onion, garlic, catering bacon or spiced beef mince topped with cheese.
what the world needs is an enema, make that two - just to give it a sense of purpose.

US electoral democracy is just a structured system of legalised bribery.

a senior Chinese officer has said, “all the great nations in the world own aircraft carriers – they are symbols of a great nation”. That’s why China has just commissioned its first. By the same token, to opt for a “carrier gap” of some years is to abandon your responsibilities.

I am like a Bugatti Veyron. Good to look at, runs on refined spirit, purrs and rumbles at low levels, but you know I can go immensely insane when I want to and if handled incorrectly might just possibly kill you. What more could you ask for?

Thin-skinned ones boiled in their skins, then put on kebab skewers (cut into halves or quarters or left whole, depending on size), brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with a little salt and browned on the barbecue.

I say a little salt as I overdid it the first time -- the process seems to make the salt saltier.

I have two can't fail spud recipes.

    1. Cheesy Mustard Mash.

Boil spuds, drain, add milk butter, lots if mature cheddar, dollop of wholegrain mustard.

    Get mashing.

    2. Chorizo roasties.

Slice spuds into 1" cubes. Roast in olive oil and butter. Halfway through cooking add diced chorizo. Put back in oven and mix them up occasionally so the spuds get a good coating in chorizo juice.

Once finished I usually chuck a bit of rocket and halved cherry tomatoes in the mix to make it look poncey, if I'm really trying to impress, I'll dress it with a splash of balsamic vinegar too.
One cannot begin to fathom the immensity of the fuck I do not give.
