Limoncello Syllabub - Perfect Pudding after a hot main course

I came across this fab quick receipe and made it for dinner with a mate the other day - Quick easy and a lovely taste, was a great pudding to accompany the very chilli prawns first course. Would recommend, (though would say i only used 25g of caster sugar when i was halving the recipe, so if you're making for 4 I think 50g would be plenty) as it was sweet enough

Limoncello syllabub with crushed amaretti recipe - Recipes - BBC Good Food
    Ingredients
2 lemons , zested and juiced
    75ml limoncello
    300ml double cream
    100g caster sugar
    12 amaretti biscuits

Mix the lemon juice, most of the zest and the limoncello together. Pour the cream into a large bowl and softly whip with the sugar. Drizzle in the lemon mixture and whisk until incorporated. Divide between 6 small glasses and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Just before serving, put 6 biscuits in a plastic bag. Crush with a rolling pin and sprinkle over each dessert with a little lemon zest. If you like, serve each with a biscuit.
