Actually the lactose free milk is called Lactofree and not Lactulose, which is apparently a constipation relief. You decide how much your life is worth by giving her that in her tea.
Lactofree - Say yes to dairy without the lactose
My other half is the same, can't have gluten or lactose which is, frankly, a right pain in the arse. I can cope with the Lactofree milk and even quite like it as it's a bit sweeter than normal stuff.Last edited by PeacePhlapps; 22-02-2012 at 21:45. Reason: forgot a bit

Milk is milk,,just use cows milk in small amounts in your brew,,or switch to Chinese tea which does not require milk or lemon,,it is also very refreshing,,Milk is a very important source of Calcium which you still need in middle/old age......

Almonds must have very small nipples.
A mate's chick had Oat Milk recently, tried it and was ok. Surely its just oats washed in water and the solution is 'oat milk' did the job though, slightly sweet taste. .same as with rice?Last edited by Mr_Deputy; 23-02-2012 at 13:48.

When i did need milk in tea (before I grew up),
in desperation once I stirred a dessert
spoon of porridge oats in the mug. It looked good, but was shite.Your honours in all seruiceable humblenesse,

Although it isn't non dairy, have you tried evaproated milk. Apart from it's use in cooking, it can also be turned back into normal milk (although with a slightly caramalised flavour). I haven't had any for years, but I think most tins have the quantity of water required to turn it back into 'normal' milk again.
Also good for making mock moose.Could you please take a look at my JustGiving page and if you can, please donate a few quid. Thank you. My JustGiving page.

Condensed milk,
You know it, it was in those tubes we all loved.
In another life, as a 'Postie' a fellow had his milk stolen from his tea.
we all used condensed milk , and as the fellow dropped the spoonful
in his mug and then left the rest room, a comrade swept the spoon
and the milk up and put it in to his own cup.Your honours in all seruiceable humblenesse,
