My mother always stews it with dates, lovely but you can imagine the effects.

Thai chickenburgers, homemade, not particularly sophisticated but a nice meal. Tonight its beef in red wine, which I would name something else but I'm struggling to spell it lol.

I made a Cottage Pie tonight with a difference, added some crumbled Black Pudding and a couple of drops of Dave's Insanity sauce, 'kin outstanding!
Silence may be golden, but duct tape is more effective, and that comes in silver......

Sardines on the BBQ, salad. Sardines are cheaper than chips and a sight more healthy. Worth firing up the BBQ for, as they tend to stink out the whole house if you cook them indoors.

Arrse, have run out of sachets of currysoße, so no currywurst for me tonight while the family are out. may have to have a trip to the chipper for saveloys, picked eggs & chips.

Tonight I'd thought I throw together a quick pasta arrabiata to test drive the chilli sauce I got from the farmer's market.

Polish sausage, peppers, spinach, tinned tomatoes and a teaspoon of this chilli stuff.

TP 1: I normally add my herbs, spices etc to the pan first. Do not add this chilli sauce to pan first. I maintained control of my lungs and eyes long enough to hit the "wind tunnel" button on the extractor hood before evacuating the kitchen. Was not a million miles away from being CS'ed.

Hell's teeth, this stuff is lively. I have no idea what it is in Scovilles and less desire to find out.

Now picking my way carefully through dinner with the aid of a pint. Of milk.
