There is a Indian place in Glasgow that sells Haggis Pakora occasionally. It is delicious :D

Congratulations to the Essex Arachnid from Yorkshire, I’ll concede graciously and try yours at the weekend.

Bloody excellent, Sir! A pleasure to cook and eat. I can probably anticipate the answer to this, but where do you stand on the Birmingham vs. Bradford for a "real" Balti debate?

Tried Wild Rice (with curry, natch),and found it to be seriously good.Takes 30 - 40 mins to get to the slightly chewy stage, but it's worth it.Quite expensive, though...

It's good mixed half and half with brown; cheaper and about the same cooking time.

That's what I do, too. Adds a nice flavour and texture to the brown without breaking the bank.

Brum definately is the master. Adil Balti, which holds the oldest claim to the Balti is my favourite curry restaurant anywhere/everywhere.
