I was lucky enough to be the person to try out 3 new t-shirts from H4H. They were the:

All three t-shirts are made of 100% Pre-shrunk cotton and are made in Haiti. Each costs £12 from the H4H online shop.

My first thoughts of the t-shirts were, wow their big. I asked for a medium and they were certainly on the larger side of medium. However they were all very comfortable to wear, both as a t-shirt for every day wear and for when going for a run. ...

It was worth the long, long wait just for someone to comment on having brought everything but the kitchen sink and then winning a fiver when I promptly pulled Sea to Summits 'Kitchen Sink' out from my bergen!

True, it may not have been made of porcelain or require any plumbing to function but damnit, I won that money fair and square regardless what the other guy says! ...

There are some times when you look at a piece of kit and wonder why it's not been done before and you can't help but think you've been wasting your time on something that's just been made so much simpler. Enter Hoppes Boresnake Viper, a quick and very effective method of cleaning the barrel of the SA80.

"We've got something that does that already, it's called rag on a rope." ...

Lowa, a name that is becoming synonymous with boots, to the point that I have even heard people suggest these for people with foot issues.

When I first opened the box to the Lowa Mountain GTX boots, I instantly thought of the old German army mountaineering boots, as these are clearly a modern take on an old classic. They have all of the elements that you would expect from a modern boot, such as Gore-Tex cambrelle lining and a Vibram sole, so when (or if, as these soles do tend to soldier on for ever) they do get worn down, a decent cobbler can replace these for you. ...

I wasn't sure what to expect when the parcel from the nice folk at Intelligent Armour turned up; I have never come across 5.11 Tactical kit before and was interested to find out the quality and usability of the Rush 24 daysack. My first look and feel dispelled any concerns on the quality front; this is clearly a well made piece of kit, with top quality water-resistant 1050 denier Cordura, YKK zips, high impact plastic clips, heavyweight stitching and reinforcement in all the right places. ...

I bought one of these a couple of months ago and have used it a fair bit, both on and off duty. These are an 'improved version' (knock-off) of the well known (and rather more expensive) Warmpeace Sneaker which are widely used by Danish soldiers of all branches.

Being a tight Scottish git, and somewhat unwilling to pay close to 150 quid for a thin fleece, the Dragoon model seemed like the perfect answer to a non-existent question, until forced by peer pressure and a sugar high caused by an overdose of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups I finally caved and pressed the add to cart button. ...

Otterbox are a producer of protective solutions and are especially known for their systems for handheld technology, such as Apple, Blackberry, HTC products etc. As they say, their cases are dedicated to all the klutzy, spontaneous, chaotic, graceless individuals who have broken their tech due to their active lifestyles.

The product that I tested was the iPhone 4 Reflex Series case. Although Otterbox make waterproof cases this is not one of them, so if you need waterproof then this isn’t the case for you. ...

Once upon a time, breathable fibre meant Gore-tex and if a jacket didn't have that magical phrase embossed upon it then it wasn't worthy of further consideration. Since then all the major manufacturers have developed a wide range of breathable fibres with performance suited for different activities. The Berghaus Ridgeway jacket is constructed using their proprietary AQ2.5 fabric which is specifically designed to provide superior lightweight protection ideal for activities such as running, cycling or hiking. ...
