Question 3 is pretty hard. In fact I would go so far as to say it is vanishingly difficult to answer or even (in)visibly hard.

    3.

    Oliver Cromwell
    Sir Thomas Fairfax
    George Monck

    I have no idea

Done. More people died in the English Civil War than in both World Wars and Oliver Cromwell banned mince pies so every one you eat is one in the eye for Cromwell hurrah!

Well this has been running now for a few days and some interesting answers cropping up. Methinks that some people need to revisit their English history or at least read the question correctly to ascertain the correct answer from Wiki!!

Still a week to go so still time to get your entry in.
