    Morning All :)

I am after a favour. Does anyone have access to a copy of the above and anything regarding the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) principles that they would be willing to send me? I am just discharged and have no access to DII. It is to enable me to prepare for a job interview.

    Many thanks in advance

Everything is based on a comprehensive Job Analysis i.e. the job, the whole job and nothing but the job. TNA sits at a much higher level and isn't focused at what is actually trained.

Google 'DSAT cycle'. The first hit is a RAF .doc. Plenty of info in there.
