    The solicitor that was running with my case also dealt with the winch case.

    I did asked why I hadn't been told and the breakdown in comms was blamed on the Danes. I know that's passing the buck and doubt the Danes would fail to pass on the message, but there's little I can do about it.

    I could fight it using my own cash, but that's a big risk.
