And this you can see is the bolt. The purpose of this
Is to open the breech, as you see. We can slide it
Rapidly backwards and forwards: we call this
Easing the spring. And rapidly backwards and forwards
The early bees are assaulting and fumbling the flowers:
They call it easing the Spring.
They call it easing the Spring: it is perfectly easy
If you have any strength in your thumb: like the bolt,
And the breech, and the cocking-piece, and the point of balance,
Which in our case we have not got; and the almond-blossom
Silent in all of the gardens and the bees going backwards and forwards,
For today we have naming of parts.

Timing is everything. If you're early you're on time, if you're on time you're late and if you're late you're fuc*ed.

I'm just off to the dole office in Aldershot to see if I can get a similar snap.
All power to your elbow and keep up the good work and all that, but, FFS, what is so special about this photo? Sorry if I've missed the point here......PRISTINAE VIRTUTIS MEMOR
Discipline: Discipline is the sacrifice of a man's comforts, inclinations, safety, even life for others, for something greater than himself. It is the refusal to be the weak link in the chain that snaps under pressure.

Thank you for your bid, Biscuits.
The history of this photo is that it's one YesItsMe auctioned some years ago. The lady who bought it is now moving to a smaller place, where the photo doesn't fit, and thought we might like to auction it again. As I'm holding the fort whilst YIM is indisposed, I've auctioned it. All money raised will go to a very good cause, and who am I to turn down the possibility of a few quid for PG to spend on wild Spanish living?
The auction will end at 1900, so those who are annoyed by it needn't suffer longer, and anyone who would like to improve on Biscuits' bid is most welcome. And this you can see is the bolt. The purpose of this
