Re: ARRSE Challenge Coin
Have you shopped around for prices? Some people make them quite cheap.

I think anything under a tenner is cheap, you can't even get a decent MacDonalds for that these days.
What with production costs, shipping, import duty, charity donation then there has to be something in it for the person doing all this, a tenner or less would be very reasonable. I would pay more personally, but will await thee price announcement.
Good on you for taking the lead I say. If anyone moans aboutthe price then they don't have to buy them do they, and perhaps they will keep their moans to themselves.

In that case make it £100 and see how many sell!

Re: ARRSE Challenge Coin
The price will be a good price, as soon as I know the import duty that will be bumped on top I can work out the final price... at the moment it is getting the design finalised, which I believe we are just about there, still the blank top for now but again, open to suggestions to finalise this, it's an ARRSE Challenge Coin at the end of the day with a donation to Holidays for Heroes from every coin sold and with the first 10 coins hopefully going well in the initial auction for H4H...

Re: ARRSE Challenge Coin
Is the general consensus to keep the upper part of the reverse side blank then? as there is enough wording there and this will give everyone a chance to put engravings on there for gifts to someone or to put whatever you want there... still open to suggestions before we finalise the design and go ahead with the order...

Re: ARRSE Challenge Coin
Sounds good, what does everyone else think then about having that Latin Phrase on the top edge of the reverse of the coin?
Or maybe replace ARRSE at the bottom of the front with the Latin and put ARRSE on the reverse top?

Re: ARRSE Challenge Coin
For the lazy ones: This is the image Gundulph posted before. ;)

And I like both ideas, would prefer the Latin ARRSE on front bottom and blank on rear side though.
And to quote MittMayo's words:
'Good on you for taking the lead I say.'
Seconded!
