The Abandoned Soldier (TAS) is currently in James Napier's studio, gathering dust. We are trying to re-ignite interest and hoping that our new campaign will get TAS a permanent home at the NMA..... TAS itself may become homeless.
In the unfortunate event that this does occur, park it outside the gates at Downing Street. It would be interesting to see how they would dispose of it.

Best of luck with it, the meaning of the statue is probably too close to the truth but if Cameron was any sort of man he would embrace it, acknoweledging what has happened to the military at the hands of politicians in recent times, we can but hope.
