Unfortunately I'm out, what was once believed to be a groin strain, then Sciatica has now been confirmed as Nueropathy which has probably been caused by surgery. Thanks to all who have donated, I'll be sticking in the difference to what I promised to the Maroon machine and a bit to Hols4 and then calling it a day until it's sorted.

This year Catterick "P" company challenge was completed (1st place) in 1hr 15mins
    Colchester 1hr 10mins.

I ran in 2011, but not this year. Will be running in both next year. I was also contemplating
the 30:30 on Exmoor as well. But think that may need more commitment than the 10 milers.
