Time for another one. A bit cheesy perhaps, but a little reminder anyway.
Dig deep people, I've recently found out a number of close friends have been injured out there, and one has had a near death experience thanks to an IED.
These blokes and their families are going to need all the help they can get.

2 years ago today (20 Aug 2009) my friend Serjeant Paul McAleese of 2RIFLES was killed in Afghanistan recovering the body of Private Jonathan Young (RIP), both were killed by IED's.
RIP Mac, Swift and Bold...
please spare a few bob for lads like Mac who are badly injured and the families and loved ones of those that never make it back.
