    TPBD.
I hadn't planned anything definite yet, but I'm usually up at around 0730, so the first sitting of bacon will start griling then.

I think well need to leave here at about 0845-0900 but when I get details from the Organisers I'll know more.
And this you can see is the bolt. The purpose of this
Is to open the breech, as you see. We can slide it
Rapidly backwards and forwards: we call this
Easing the spring. And rapidly backwards and forwards
The early bees are assaulting and fumbling the flowers:
They call it easing the Spring.
They call it easing the Spring: it is perfectly easy
If you have any strength in your thumb: like the bolt,
And the breech, and the cocking-piece, and the point of balance,
Which in our case we have not got; and the almond-blossom
Silent in all of the gardens and the bees going backwards and forwards,
For today we have naming of parts.

Ok, Not quite as early as I thought then!!! I may pop in for breakfast (don't normally eat it) as I think I more or less have to go pass you to get to Weymouth!!! That way I can help with ferrying things there.

If I had to explain, it would take to long, so do me a favour and just don't ask.

That would be great. You will go within half-a-mile of my door on your way to Weymouth, so do pop in, have some breakfast, meet the folks who are staying, and collect stuff or people.

I think we got a convoy. Shame we haven't got Big Bird, but I do have a rubber duck .....

A rubber duck, that could be the mascot for the weekend!!!! You could put a charity pot thing on the table and if people want to touch the duck they have to put some coppers in the pot!!!

Better still he lights up and the lights change colour......

However, I'm not sure how I'd feel approaching a veteran and saying 'do you want to touch my duck?'!!!!!!

Not sure about the duck, but I think we could arrange some way of asking for a small donation to 'Have your photo taken with a bear'. We'd need to make sure people couldn't leg it with a bear, but I'm sure it could be arranged, with a suitable backdrop of a giant laminated 'bear recognition guide'.

Could be cool, or you could have a giant map with markers showing where all the various bears have been.

Darn. I've ordered the guides, and I'm not sure how we'd get the map off the site and onto paper.

I think it's a goer for 'have your picture taken with a bear for 50p' though!

And as the lady said - Order your t-shirts please!

Until I know how many are going to be orderd I don't know how much they are going to cost!! I do have a rough price list but stupidly I have not got it on me today (I'm using a different handbag), so will post the costs when I get home tonight. I'm trying to get the cost as low as possible so the more ordered the cheaper it will be for everyone. Also I'm hoping that Gerald the printer will do them with an extra discount as well, but again until I know how many to order................................
