£85 by Justgiving and about £75 pledged in work so far.

My plan of wandering around the force's largest nick with some of the other lads on the Support Group with me has also paid dividends. I have a whole month to utilise my force wide role to "visit" my colleagues around the county and "encourage" them to support me.

Not bad, had a 5.3 miler before work this morning. not too bad a pace too. My earlier dodgy knee seems to have healed up nicely thanks mate.

Mrs G's doing a half Ironman on the weekend which should give me a bit of inspiration.
