Complain if you have a righteous issue, people confuse what's faulty and what's not what they expect.

If the dealer is a part of a number of franchises, up north we have two toyota dealers who are part of the same franchise, play one offa the other.

Ring other franchise up and describe the fault to the dealer, take car into different part of same franchise and see what they recommend, describe what remedial action has been taken and see if the concour.

All this could trip up or confirm dealer was sincere or insincere.

If I pay to have anything fixed of its not done it goes back until it is.
I expect when I pay for something to be fixed it is or they get fed up of my face, letters, calls and e mails.

It's all about the detail about what you need fixing and not assuming.

I am all about getting what you have payed for and in the post above you have described the perfect way to achieve it and more.
