Weird, I downloaded it and now I've two copies of Operation Eichmann in the Kindle folder.

Go to Kindle Books - History - Military. In the top right corner of the screens there's a drop down box. Change it to 'Arrange lowest price to highest' (or something similar). The free ones will be the first couple of pages.
