Dry Powder is my story about my time in 16 Regiment Royal Artillery in Dortmund during the 1980's my time in the Metropoltan Police and subsequently my years as an undercover Police Officer who infiltrated gangs of criminals who were concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine in some of Britains worst inner city areas.
