Spot on that Man!!

Had a nice little WAF in the back of the first merlin delivered to 28 Sqn. She was a bit of a howler !! just as well there was another cab outside the hanger warming up.

If it's the Jim I think it is then he was 15/19 Lancers - he was a great boss too, but that was much later in Germany.

Much as it pains me to say anything related to the cav, they were hussars not lancers, but hey, they all be donkey wallopers anyway so i'll get back in my box.

On a different matter, I recently had to introduce someone to the delights of trials in a certain trials squadron. Bloody nightmare trying not to step on the skid strut as i was getting acquainted from behind!
