You would have been able to answer that simple question I asked you, and you would have spotted the error in the answer I gave, if you were a fixed-wing IRE. The only IFR you've ever done is jiggling about in your own farts.

OK, here's another fixed-wing question so that you can prove that you know everyhing there is to know about fixed-wing flying. This is not an IFR question, so you should be ok if you have even a few hours in a fixed-wing multi.

You're flying along in a twin turboprop (eg Defender), and you lose your left engine. Your nearest diversion has an 8000ft 09/27 runway, and wind is 225 25knts, gusting 35. Which runway do you request?

Same question, same scenario, but you're in a swept wing jet with twin tail-mounted engines (something like Sentinel). Which runway do you now request?

Well that was fun, wasn't it boys and girls? Stab23 used to argue mil aviation on PPRuNe under the name CirrusF with pretty much the same outcome.

Why did you lose your engine? Fire, Fuel, Icing, is your other about to go? Will you be going against the flow of a major Airport? I'm not FW so for me its the shortest way down if any of the above have gone. Also with the Defenders ability to land on grass just stick it in a big field.

    The SAS hero returns.......

    Great.

    Stab23 / Loopy21...... you are a liar, a dirty great internet liar.

You have zero credibility or standing here, no one believes you so your questions are unlikely to be answered. FLash is a proven pilot, many here have flown with him, oddly most of them operationally.... No one has seen anything other than bullsh1t, back peddling lies and dreams from you

    Put up or do one.
