Hendrix my black greyhound got his head stuck in a steel palisade fence chasing a rabbit on Monday (after I fell over the other dog Theo and dropped his lead). I had to find a cut down tree to lever the panel wide enough to squeeze his head through and he has a degloving injury from trying to escape and abrading a back leg, cuts and bruises on his head. He is on antibiotics and a painkiller. Daft git is fine though. I was impressed with the plastic "coarse grit sandpaper" they put on top of the bandage on his leg to stop him licking it.
