Just acquired my 1year old Border Collie from the local rescue shelter. The maniac's got bags of energy.

I have two 1 year old Border Collies, brothers from the same litter, called Floyd and Fry, And an 18 month old whippet called Laurie.
Collies are a handfull at times but learn fast, had them from 8 weeks old. Only had the whippet for around 6 months he was an unwanted wee soul.

She's a very quick learner in all fairness and has settled in with us lot within a week. She's got bags of energy but with me and mrs TSG doing a lot of running and a huge off leash park near our gaff we're able to give her loads of phys.

She's the 1st border collie we've owned and I'm impressed.

The new addition to Hexitele's pack. Fathered by a Springer and mothered by a Lab he has far too much energy for any one dog. He's two months older now but still looks as per the picture like butter wouldn't melt. Which is surprising as his farts are absolutely horrendous. They make me so proud when he offends guests with them, I can't wait to get him on the curry left overs.

Got him on James Wellbeloved at the moment as its the only stuff that doesn't have him dropping chocolate angel delight. Any advise on cheaper products for when he can start having junior/adult food as I can't be bothered re-mortgaging the house.

Try wainrights, I had similar problems with mine and it sorted her out. Pretty similar composition to JWB but about £15 a bag cheaper.

You're the third person to mention that stuff now so it would appear it may be worth a dabble.
