Re: ARRSE Kennel Club - A Dog Owners Thread
K13, When I'm traveling with one or 2 of the dogs in the car, we use this product to protect the leather seats. Folds up quickly and it has openings to allow for harnesses/seatbelts. http://www.doggonegoodstuff.com/carseatcover.html

I hate all this terrorist business. I used to love the days when you could look at an unattended bag on a train or bus and think to yourself; I’m having that.

Great thread. Anyone looking for a new companion should consider a Welsh Springer Spaniel!
They're unusual and get lots of admirers (only 420 were KC registered in 07). My little boy is 5 mths: bags of energy, strikingly beautiful and absolutely hilarious. He's smarter than a smart thing (yes, even though he's a spaniel) and can already to respond to effective enemy fire (when you 'shoot' him, he leopard crawls along and puts his paws over his eyes)
Oh dear. I am a puppy bore

Does anyone know where I can get a shock collar? Windsor has started "singing" on the peg which makes for an embarrassing drive and an even more embarrassing walk to the next one! We borrowed one to see how it worked and it was absolutely fantastic.
He isn't bad, he just wants to get in and retrieve. That isn't possible unless I give up shooting for picking up and I believe this is the best answer - having tried everything else short of two No6 in the head.
