So there are a few interested folk.

Jarrod's site looks good. Central in UK, facilities and an accomadating owner (Ooo err!). Any other ideas?

    What about dates?

How about August 27/28/29/30 - that would be a good time - last BH of the year and we can all bore each other to death or poison ourselves with healthy outdoor cooking.

    - perhaps we could even take one of Sgt Slingsby's platoon and raise some money for Holidays 4 Heroes

Yes! I make a point of getting up really really early just so I have the time to go through every single piece of mail sent in the last 24 hours and if it's addressed to you I hide it away at the back of the office
Catch a train to a plane
    to a place overseas.
    Over clouds over fields
    over rivers and trees.
    And they're serving me coffee
    to put me at ease.
    'Cos I'm drifting without you
    borne on the breeze.
    From my home!

Yes I'd definitely be able to make August bank holiday. Raising some money is a good plan.
