Try Ctrl-F5, or if the drop down menu doesn't work, you'll have to go via the Sitemap

Is there an option somewhere to avoid the numerous emails. I like having the watch list, but i do not want my inbox filled with thread notifications!

Getting a bit complex ... although undoubtedly achievable, I'm sure.
