How do we create blogs now? There's a post by GCO that says "To create a blog please use the blogs package (link in header)", but I cannot find it.

I don't think that functionality exists after the site upgrade.

We found that the blogs filled up with spam and with posts from people who used it by mistake instead of the forum. So while a few good genuine blogs were in there, 95% was "is anyone starting at Bassingborne in September" or "iphones cheap $99 honest". So we turned them off.
