Popup window asking for login details (Nerd-Admin)

    Folks

I'm using Firefox 3.5 on Windows 7, and was just surfing a few threads on ARRSE when a pop-up window appeared (titled Nerd-Admin) asking me for my login and password...

I closed it without putting in my details, but am a wee bit worried that the site might have been hacked?

Has this happened to anyone else?

I think it's much more likely that you have some mal-ware on your PC. I would recommend running spybot or similar and a virus check.
Good CO. Proud mouthpiece and evil doer of oppressive politic masters. Strives to ensure that you remain a slave and never know the real truth behind your insignificant life.

Please don't send me PMs - sometimes they'll be in my inbox for weeks! admin@arrse.co.uk and you'll get a decent quick response.

Cheers Good CO. I also came to this conclusion, but thought that I'd let others know just in case it was a wider issue with the site.

I'm running Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 and it hasn't picked owt up. I'll try various other malware sniffers.
