Cheers 5.56short: When I joined the Corps it was 7.62 and SLRs. We trialled the SA80 5.56mm weapons in the arctic in the late 80's and they were crap. The barrels were bending with the heat exchange during live firing and they easily got clogged up with snow. However, apparently it was the way to go!! :D

This is a dispicable state of affairs when Community Support Officers do nothing.... they should be named, shamed and sacked

No crime being committed, therefore no targets being met.
