Re: Medical Discharge / War Pension?
Heard-it-all-before, Are you getting any support from the RBL? If you are, then ask them the possible time frame for your case!

Re: Medical Discharge / War Pension?
Hi,
Thanks for your replies. I'm being represented by the RBL and their letter said that cases are usually dealt with within 6 months, but as they're probably quite busy at present I was just wondering if anyone had any recent first hand experience with time frames.
I've sent them their form back with availability so I'll just have to sit tight and wait..
Thanks for your replies

Re: Medical Discharge / War Pension?
The RBL is so busy due to the way the MD's are being done. If the issues were addressed at the Medical Board then there would be less people needing to appeal their compensation or war pension. If there are any journalist reading this thread, please read all of it and then ask why aren't they changing this deflunked system....

Re: Medical Discharge / War Pension?
The following has been taken from the BBC News. This issues will continue to get worse for our injured, unless we start to shout out and stand together.

Please show your support for this campaign by asking your MP to support the changes stated at the start of this thread.

Nothing thick in asking mate, as if you haven't been through the mill you wont know how shite it is.

It that doesn't give you a clue, go back to the start of the thread and read some of Hitbacks posts and proposal's to make it better.
