I did also actually e-mail the trinity mirror group also located at canary wharf where i now work. But got no response! I also know of a pretty upsetting story of a comrade at canary wharf.

His name is casper surname and originally from barbados, top bloke. Anyway, like many others he decideds to join British Army well Royal Marines. Does 2 tours of duty one in afgan and one in Iraq. Comes back from xmas leave and legs seems in bits. Had med appointments and all the nerves are f***** in his legs. Marines Medically discharge him and he has to leave this country!

Yes, he was m'd i believe in may. He had to sort out loads of legal stuff in Barbados and eventually comes back. His Mp was shite, and also bearing in mind he served queen and country and also had a British Citizen partner for 2 years! But that's the country we live in! Colonel K ex Royal Anglian keeps his job open for him being a top bloke that he is!

We need more people to come forward with examples of failure. There are so many threads discussing these issues but very few people willing to commit.

    Please help PM me .

It looks like we may get the keys next week. But the place needs decorating. They've gave us £140 decorating grant. But we've got to find the money to pay some bugger to stick the paper up.

Anyone wanna buy a three bedroomed semi In county Durham. The dogs got the back garden looking like the Somme. But it's nowt that 3 pound of lawn seed won't fix.

    Ministerman,

The following was placed on the thread the other week. Please elaborate some more

"Hitback, perhaps one thing needed to be looked at is the number of claims declined under the AFCS versus those declined under the War Pension Scheme?".
    Thanks.

As far as I have found since gettingmy Pen, it makes no difference whatsoever and is hardly worth jack sh*t. Folks wonder if you are dangerous, and others view you as "different". Amateur "experts" think they know it all, and you should never ever tell your g/f or partner.

UK: judgemental, diluted, decadent, and greedy. Keep it to yourself, it's no one else's business, let people know about you War Pen and you're finished.

Re: Medical Discharge / War Pension?

To the Director SP Pol (MA)

I have place the following on the armynet. i hope to get a reply to the statement.

I was informed that the War Pension Agency is given no ring fenced cash for its pensioners, all money comes from the defence budget. The Armed Forces Compensation Scheme AFPC only receives 2% of the Treasuries defence budget which is about 5 million a year.

I would like the above mentioned person to confirm or to give the correct figures to the statement above.
