F9, get a grip. Having worked with GPD over the years I know from personal experience that many are unable to pass a PFT, some of thsoe being the 20 somethings. As a branch man who has not failed a fitness test I find your comments fractious to say the least. It is attitudes such as yours that continue to drive a wedge between GPD & SIB.

can anyone give a qualified answer to why there are so many acting WO2 posts which do not appear to have been filled by any of the last two promotion boards. Potentially there where 14 GPD vacancies this year and only 5 have been filled.

Another strange wonder of the RMP promotion World! The question is will there be a sweep up/follow up board to fill those places or will they let the chaps and chappesses soldier on?

Imagine being prevented from being promoted becasue someone is doing the job in ACTING rank and the OC/CO does not want to lose them!

Let the Bitchin commence!

There was no sweep up last year, I think MCM have lost the plot I know of one acting who is now nearing his third year as acting
