No mate. He asked me where the nearest taxi rank was. I asked him why he never took the bus. He said "too many witnesses's"

PS. What precisely is an 'ex' murderer? Does that mean that he's given up murdering? Bit like an 'ex' smoker sort of thing?

Western, why did he have to be on SIB strength to be charged?
fdj, give me a bit of time and I will try to find a serious reference. It was all a technicality really but for some reason Stan was appointed Prosecuting Officer or his assistant and for him to formally charge Grantham he had to be in the same CoC.

Never saw the skull myself but when I was at Chi people always going on about how it was in one of the SIB training classrooms there? Any truth in that?

No truth whatsoever, in fact the skull in the training room was to remind potential Branch members what they had in thier heads prior to finishing training. Sorry guys couldnt resist it

Got shown it, during a visit to the black museum whilst in training at Chi. That and the sphincter of a squaddie who'd killed himself impaled on a bass broom handle doing things he shouldn't

Yup, I remember the skull with a neat hole in it and also the sphincter in a big formaldehyde filled jar and it was a BIG jar! Lots of other incidental exhibity type thingies as well, more domestic type murders, photos and fingerprint stuff? Quite a lot of documents and paper exhibits as well as I remember.
Where are they now? Probably eBay?
