REN Leave
Ok then HR types, your first Ren leave kicks in just after you 11 yr point (committed to 12) and you then have X yrs to take it. When does the next lot kick in?

17 year point (committed to 18 ) and then have two years to take it, 20 days which must be taken in blocks of no less than five days at a time.

Renleave can be taken 1 day at a time now and it has been this way for a few years now.

Yes it just changed to that during my last lot, my Chief Clk recently tried to tell me it HAD to be taken in blocks of 5. I walked away when she wouldn't listen to me that things had changed and she should read DINs.

Another quick question on RENLEAVE if I may:
I understand (since 2006) that RENLEAVE can now be added to your TERMINAL LEAVE, is that correct?
If that be the case would that mean that a Medical Discharge/Terminal date of 13th March (that has not taken into account RENLEAVE owed) should in fact be pushed to the right by 20 working days, making the final date of discharge 10th April?FAO: Mooj'
