Bingo. Their policies are basically a rant about darkies coming over here and stealing all of our jobs. BNP - big on problems but small on solutions.
Nevertheless, they need to be heard. The only way to defeat ignorance is by exposing it to the light and slaying it with the trusty sword of truth. (er...sorry to paraphrase that slimebag politician who went to jail).
I would put a link up to where their policies are but that would then get this thread binned faster than normal.
In general I would say they are big on solutions though.
But thats my point. All this "we must suppress" business isn't good for harmony. As has already been stated, when an Islamic extremist can walk down the streets shouting "death to infidels" etc, then why can't the opposite view be heard. Afterall, everyone has an opinion on immigration and NG is exploiting it - right or wrong. How can we expect the masses to make informed decisions when everything is driven underground?
Bet the Beeb are loving this - ratings will go through the roof!

Hain's accusation that the BNP are an 'illegal party' just further shows his own party's lack of touch.
It does reflect, however, the growing discontent among Brits and the current trend of 'just let em in'. Is there a solution?
This is reminiscent of the police allowing suspects their 'air time' to appeal for the victim - and then to be caught out. Griffin will lose much more than he hopes to gain by his appearance tonight provided he isn't given the platform of silence provided by some morons in the audience - it will only give grist to his dubious mill

I agree that this will not end up being a constructive debate but a slagging/booing/hissing tennis match between the panel & the audience
The whole issue has been dealt in a shambolic way by the BBC, great PR for the BNP though, I think a lot of the major issue's which really DO need to be tackled but will be overshadowed by a tit-for-tat attempt by some hard liners
Just watching the childish/imature banner holders on the media, will be interesting to see how this develops.

I'm not sure that I want to watch it tonight, as as I usually do. If it decends into a School Yard 'Hiss, Suck Ya-boo...' then I'm off down the pub before it closes..... couldn't be arrsed....!!

Don't you think his PR team will be logged in to the comments from Arrse - considering they think they purport to represent the British squaddie?
And if they are, I shall be watching with interest Mr Griffin!

Yes agree'd, the Cambridge educated leader is not to be under-estimated, his aim is to highlight why Britain is broken, the mainstraim parties have ignored & let down many up & down the country
"I will watch as i always do, last time it got heated as i remember was when mrs becket got heckled over the expenses row"

I was thinking of the QT when Margeret Beckitt was on and the expence row happened everytime she started to talk they shouted her down
BBC traffic now reporting the road closed outside the BBC due to the "protest"

Don't know any of the BNPs policies apart from the obvious ones the journos mention, so don't know how much depth Nick Griffin will have.
Plus his brother Peter is much funnier.
