I don't blame her taking them to a tribunal ,I have problem's with my leg's i was told not to wear tight trousers because it showed the exact problem . I was told to wear a long skirt and i told certain people in not so many words to kindly take a hike Very Happy

I think that Abercrombie & Fitch have to shoulder some of the blame here, due to their cack handed approach to recruitment of the disabled. I may be going out on a limb when I say that their underhanded tactics to hide this woman from sight are shocking. On the other hand, they could have discriminated against her because of some other reason, but personally the finger of blame lies with the management. This woman didn't need the elbow, just a chance to prove just how handy she could be.
